**This 5-Week Day Course will replace the Fall 2019 11-week evening course typically offered in the Fall.
The 5-Week HR Certificate Course
- Course Certificate of Completion - If course attendance requirements are met, Certificate of Completion can be earned for this
course. This course is a great way to refresh knowledge or to learn about the HRM profession, understand HR best practices
and to review current HR Body of Knowledge and Competencies as outlined by HRCI and SHRM.

Class Size: up to 36 people* This is an "in classroom" course. *Live streaming is available for those who live in remote location & who are

Facilitator: Frances A. Hume, SPHR, GPHR of Hume ‘n Resources Consulting; well-known leader in the HR profession with over 41 years
of HR and leadership experience; since 1997 has assisted thousands of HR professionals in successfully passing their
certification exams; 2009 Board Chair and 2003-2010 Board of Directors' member of the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) Board;
has been a Subject Matter Expert for the SHRM Learning System, item (question) writer of national certification exam
questions, and SHRM Learning System instructor for national SHRM. Serves on BYU’s OB/HR Advisory Council, USU’s HR
Advisory Council, Western Governors University's Business Council and on the Citizens Compensation Advisory Council for
the City of Salt Lake.

$75.00 (Cash/Check Price) Optional Practice Exam class Tuesday, October 8, 2019 - Timed Valid Practice Exam & successful exam tips for successfully passing your real exam. Questions are most like those on the REAL exam. There is a high correlation of taking this class and successfully passing certification exams. Practice Exam & Tips class is specific to each of the certification exam levels. It will be held at the Sandy SLCC Campus, 9750 S. 300 W., Sandy, UT from 5:30-9:15 pm. The $75.00 registration fee covers the cost of the room and the practice exams. The questions on this exam are written by former question writers of the real certification exams! This class will help you experience a timed exam similar to your actual exam, assist you in fine tuning & honing your areas of exam study, get answers to topics you do not understand and help you to incorporate successful exam tips and resources to successfully pass your certification exam.
