$1,031 when Paying with Credit or Debit card as 3.65% web services and transaction fees are added to cash/check price of $995.00.  This pays for base course tuition ONLY.  If you are attending for recertification / professional development credit hours, you do not need the workbook. However, workbook is recommended for all course participants for the best learning experience.
